When you work with us you can expect to see desirable and sustainable changes in your life and work. Most problems are connected, with one problem leading on to another, so seeking help will vastly improve your outlook and add value to your life.

Coaching will help you achieve your goals and bring out hidden talents you may not even be aware of.

 

Our approach draws on more than twenty years of medical practice blended with state of the art coaching methodologies to help you achieve your sakoon.

We work with you as an equal partner. Dr. Aamer will collectively design strategies and action plans with you so that the program can be tailored to your unique needs. A “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work in coaching and although our programs will address a variety of issues for you, we approach each problem to produce sustainable results for you with the least amount of struggle.

When you first contact us, we schedule an exploratory session. This helps us learn about your current situation and what you desire to achieve. Clients leave these sessions enthusiastic about what can be possible for them. It is often the first time that they feel “heard” without being judged. This session also helps us discover how we want to work.

We will design action plans together and identify milestones which will help you know if you are on the right path or you need to make a change. During our sessions we will mark your progress, and add or modify goals where necessary. You will be given complete support and help but ultimately you will be the actor and pilot of your own life, and act upon the goals set during sessions. The coach only shows the path and acts as a map and guide.

As standard practice we return calls on the same working day and emails within two working days.

Sessions can be held face to face or on telephone, so you need not worry about missing a session if you are away.
