Who do I Coach?
Coaching is best suited for people who are having trouble coping with emotional problems and are fed up of being in stressful situations but don’t exactly know what to do. Life can sometimes make you feel alone when stuck with a challenge such as a job you don’t like, a relationship lacking warmth, or the inability to achieve a goal. The underlying issues in most cases are depression, anxiety, stress and a hidden sadness. These issues start affecting health, happiness, family life and performance at work.
If you’re faced with a similar situation, you may be desperately trying to find an outlet; to reduce stress, sleep better, lose weight, look better, deal with a health problem and ultimately – to feel happy and liberated. But it’s a tough task and can be a burden without help. e.g. divorce or approaching retirement.
